Photoinitiator

BAWO photoinitiators deliver efficient free-radical initiation under UV and LED wavelengths for fast, low-odor curing.

Photoinitiator

Photoinitiator TPO

Photoinitiator for UV-curable based coatings, adhesives, inks and printing plates. It is typically consumed in acrylate resins based systems in concentrations ranging from 1% to 4% by weight. It offers the advantage of good shelf stability, and fast and thorough cure of coatings. It is compatible with acrylate resins, acrylate monomers and oligomers for use in UV-curable systems. Suggested dosage: 3-7%

Photoinitiator

Photoinitiator 184

Photoinitiator 184 is a highly efficient, non-yellowing free radical Type I photoinitiator used for the UV polymerization of mono- or multi-functional acrylate monomers and oligomers. It is widely applied in overprint varnishes, plastic coatings, wood coatings, adhesives, lithographic inks, screen printing inks, flexographic inks, and electronic products. It is generally used in combination with other photoinitiators, and can also be used together with UV absorbers when required. The recommended addition level in the formulation is 2–5%.

Product FAQs

Find answers to common questions about product selection, documentation, and sampling.

Start by identifying your application type (coating, ink, adhesive, or specialty) and key performance requirements such as flexibility, hardness, adhesion, or cure speed. The Product Finder above can help narrow down options. For detailed guidance, refer to our Product Selection Guide or contact our technical team.
Polyurethane acrylates offer excellent flexibility and adhesion, ideal for coatings on flexible substrates. Epoxy acrylates provide high hardness and chemical resistance, suited for industrial coatings. Monomers act as reactive diluents to adjust viscosity and crosslink density. The Compare Product Families table above provides a quick reference for each family.
